I decided to blog, based on my feel.
FridayWent back to JVS for Teachers' Day and saw many people. Teachers, ex-clasmates etc etc. And, this year is such a productive year (as said by Mrs Bala)! Mdm Suhaily, Ms Ooi, Mrs Bala, and another teacher Mdm Pek were all pregnant! Their tummies were so big. Well, all the best to them! As in, have a smooth delivery!
After that went out with PRB (: to Marina Square. Er, Linda and Yanqiu, HAHAHAHA! LOL. Actually its nothing lah, just a misconception right? Yea, after we found each other we headed for pool, but ended up playing arcade in the end. I got last and second last in Daytona ): And we went bowling! And KBox-ed! I sang very awfully, sadly )': Yanling's voice was great! No off-key, nice tone as if the sound came from the machine! Yanqiu gave us her first time wow-wee of singing in her girl sound for those high-pitched songs and it sounded very nice! (: Hahahaa. We had fun, BUT next time ALL of PRB must go out okay? SaturdayGot myself tired and smelly at the stall. Imagine Mum waking up at 5 everyday to go there and I felt so guilty cos we're really darn lucky to be able to study and get a higher chance of a better job next time and stuff. I want to buy something for her instead of always buying things for myself ): I'm selfish..so I will change. After all, these are just worldly possessions. Went to IKEA at night to find a cupboard for my room. My mum says I'm crazy cos I wanted to put my shoes in my room =X But I like mah! LOL. Didn't get it in the end cos we have to go home and take more accurate measurements before buying. Had Ikea Hotdogs and it was nice but I regretted it but I still had supper later on ): Self-control lah! I brought it upon myself - I gained weight in the end -.-" More self motivation luh!
Watched 1 Litre of Tears and it was extremely SAD )': I already cried at the second episode. It's like, you imagine your own child getting an incurable disease and you go around to many doctors for a second opinion but to no avail; to keep a happy face in front of your child, not to let her know anything and the pain that comes with all this. On top of all these, she's only 15.
I also chatted with my brother, about the sermon he had at church and he shared about how he was very touched, especially today, when he listened to the sermon. About the end of the world, and that God's predictions as stated in the Bible were coming true. An example would be the recent incident of the Korean hostages. So the end of this world may come anyday. It may be the next moment, or in a year, or in 10 years. It may come anytime. So, I hope that I can go to church to listen more of sermons, understand the Bible better and treasure the people around me. Sigh. I also thought about the types of people in this world. Those who commit crimes, those who rose to fame and got their lives so complicated with drugs, divorces and stuff, those who are really kind at heart but have not gotten the chance to know God; what happens? No matter what, believe in Him and you will have eternal life, not just in this world, even when you die.
TodaySomeone from Aloha called Xinyi and asked her to cancel the 4D chalet cos people under 18 were not allowed to book, and that we can only get 25% of the refund. What sia! Cannot right? We haven't even gone there! I sent an email to them writing alot. LOL. Reply soon or I'm going to call you up! I give you 10 minutes.

I called them, and this was what I got.
"This is the Singtel Telecommunications Service. The number you have dialed is not in use. Thank you."-.-" I called up the wrong number. I tried again with the right number, but they're still not available, asking me to leave a contact. So I'll try later then. They should have an explanation for this. What, change to people who're above 18 to book also cannot? There is no way we only get back only 25% of the refund. We haven't even gone there! Moreover they should have prevented us from booking if we're under 18 in the first place, not call up now, which is like almost a month from 9 to 31 Aug and ask us to cancel without us getting the full amount back. Even if we're unable to book, we still must get back a full refund, at most we can go to other places to have a 4D gathering. Xinyi, don't worry..
I need to work out, but something nice for mum, and I don't want so much of materialism anymore. Do treasure everything around us. Thanks mum, thanks PRB, thanks 05, thanks my 05 clique, thanks teachers, thanks everyone who lives in this world. I pray that the unfortunate in the world would be freed from their sufferings, such as the people in Africa. I thank God, for giving us this opportunity to live, cleansing our sins and may your glory be upon us. Amen.
